A fast-growing translation services and digital tech company has moved into Bruntwood SciTech’s Platform in Leeds city centre initially taking two full-time desks as their growth sets to continue.

Jublo was founded in 2008 as a digital tech company and expanded into global language translations in 2016. It is a certified UK language translation and digital tech company that works with over 160 people across 39 countries and several time zones. Earlier this year, Jublo appointed 110 new translators to work on a project for a world leading e-retailer. Having previously translated around 1.2 million words per month, the team can now cater for over 4 million.

They recently welcomed Laura Kenny to the team who joins Jublo as Head of Marketing bringing over 5 years of experience to the company.

MD and founder Joshua Atkins said ‘We’re absolutely delighted to be in such a strong position despite the challenges of recent months and we feel like Platform’s approach and their support for digital tech businesses like ours means that we will be able to expand in space as quickly as we grow.

Deb Hetherington, head of innovation for Bruntwood SciTech in Leeds added ‘We’re really excited to welcome Jublo to the Platform community.  The last few months have underlined the importance of businesses being able to adapt and pivot on a global scale and Jublo’s rapid growth is testament to that.  We look forward to working with the team as they continue to thrive and grow’
