Leeds-based agency Jublo has been awarded 3 certifications by the International Organisation for Standardisation. This follows their recent growth and move into office space in the city centre.
The translations and digital technology agency has become certified in ISOs 9001 – Quality Management Systems, 17001 – Translation Services Standard and 27001 – Information Security. They have been regulated by QMS International, leading consultancy specialists for ISO certification.
These particular ISOs are designed to guarantee that companies are maintaining high standards in areas such as; making effective use of their internal processes, performing background checks on employees, training them and checking on their performance, as well as keeping client and worker’s data secure.
Jublo founder, Joshua Atkins said: ‘We are really driven by innovation and being as efficient as possible. Given our recent growth, we’re always looking to improve our processes to make that happen and make sure that we provide the highest-quality service. We’re delighted to have become certified in these areas.’
After achieving these certifications, QMS will continue to perform yearly checks to ensure that standards are being maintained and adhered to, and Jublo is committed to carrying out their own internal audits throughout the year for consistency. Wayne Thorpe, Consultant at QMS commented on the company’s performance:
‘Jublo have some robust procedures in place and are eager to demonstrate that they are looking to continually improve their business. The fact that they have applied for 3 ISO Standards at the same time demonstrates this. It is an ambitious undertaking to apply for three Standards together, but Jublo set about this task with enthusiasm and professionalism and took the challenges of gaining certification in their stride.
By gaining ISO Certification Jublo are looking to increase customer satisfaction and grow their business. They are well placed to achieve this and they have a bright future ahead.’
