The translation process

We’re not shy when it comes to sharing the tricks of our trade. In fact, we’re proud of them. Our six-step process is key to upholding our high-standards and unbroken record of client satisfaction – allowing us to focus on the delivery of your assets, while your efforts remain on growing yours.


Client requirements

The first step of any project is to understand exactly what the client needs. Whether it’s a simple text translation, or the overhaul of an internal process, each delivery receives the same attention to detail, from start to finish.

We always return your files in the same format as they arrive. So, at this point, we’ll also review your assets, and establish the best process to follow in order to efficiently convert – and translate – the text.


Extraction to bilingual file

Not all things were created equal, and in order to convert the text into your desired language, we’ll extract your content into a format which adapts to our own translation tools.



This is where the magic happens. (That’d be telling!)


Quality control

Following the initial conversion, all copy is proof-read a second time – with a focus on spelling, punctuation and grammar – as well as cross-checked against any company-specific glossaries or style guides.


Conversion and final check

Once we’re happy with the final content, we’ll return everything to the original style, layout and format and give it another review to ensure nothing has been lost in translation – pardon the pun.



We’re all perfectionists, so you’ll only receive the final documents to review once we’re fully happy with it – don’t worry though, we’re open and honest about projected timescales from the outset and are committed to upholding them.
